I know I've made numerous lists, some I'm sure I thought I stuck to but to tell you the truth, I can't remember what my resolutions for last year were, so there is your answer if I stuck to them or not. Here are some tips, that I may have seen on another blog (you can check it out to see the whole list), that I like the most:
1. Make attainable goals
2. Develop an action plan
3. Track your progress
4. Create a resolution friendly environment
#4 is my favorite. I am a big believer in surrounding yourself with people who help you to become a better version of you.
#3 is another tip I have tried to keep to over the year. Not specifically to track my progress but just to write down how and what I am feeling at the beginning of each day. It's really interesting to read past entries and see how far you've come.
#2 is a guarantee to getting things done. Give yourself a deadline, but a reasonable one, goes together with setting attainable goals. Be realistic!
#1 is where we all have to begin. Without being realistic, how can you succeed?
