That is true both mentally and physically. Both ways require practice. Practice is a method of applying skills over and over again in a way that will eventually train your body to perform the task at hand simply and without much thought. Essentially your body has adapted to this way of life. Training is the ultimate way of getting your body to adapt and grow stronger. Exercise is something you do today for today. Both training and exercise are legitimate forms of exertion you just have to know what your goals are and which is the best way towards achieving them.
I am happy to report that there is a new Female Strength Training class starting this Tuesday here in Jerusalem at Samson Club! We will be learning the most basic barbell movements as well as working on getting stronger in the most efficient way possible.
